- 3rd Friday Dance Jam - Human Sculpture Dance Jam
The Y Dance Program and Evolve Dance Inc. present the latest third Friday event on July 18, 2008 at 7:00pm (as always, this is a FREE event).
Join our human sculpture project, learn partnering techniques, and of course, DANCE, all to great music! We will be outside at Main Street and Washington Street; in case of rain the event will relocate inside the YMCA at 62 Main St. (Windle Park entrance), Tarrytown.

- Call for Teachers
We are currently expanding our network of teaching artists. We are seeking instructors in ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, tap, etc. Qualified instructors will have an extensive background in performance and/or dance education with at least 3 years of teaching experience. We are looking for instructors who are skilled, creative, caring and patient.
Numerous employment opportunities exist, including ongoing classes, after-school enrichment programs and outreach events.

Our next 3rd Friday Dance Jam is on Friday, June 20 at 7:00 P.M. FREE, presented by YDance and Evolve Dance.
Join us for an evening of great music and African dance lessons. We will be in the Gym at the Family YMCA @ Tarrytown, 62 Main Street (Windle Park entrance), Tarrytown.

COME SWING DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Friday, May 16 at 7:00 PM. FREE, presented by YDance and Evolve Dance.
Back by popular demand, the Big Apple Lindyhoppers will start the evening with a short performance, followed by a workshop to teach the steps. Then it’s dance, dance, dance! What a great way to end the work week and start the weekend!
Find us at the corner of Main Street and South Washington Street, Tarrytown (outside of the firehouse). In the event of inclement weather, we will move back into the Family YMCA @ Tarrytown, 62 Main Street (front entrance at Windle Park).See you there!
